| FOOD IN ROOM! |
[Feb. 28th, 2004|01:27 am] |
So I totally get why the WHOLE of february has been such a complete and utter fucking washout. Basically 1st of Feb someone stole my food which got me to break into my stock. Since then for the past 28 days, the past month I've been eating chocolate and high sugar food non-stop. A month long binge. I've put on about half a stone.
In January (2nd-19th) I lost from 9half to 9. Then thanks to fatfast and generally sticking to my diet I got down to 124lb.
Now I weigh 132lb again. That's right 132. My aim is this:
March to April 2004. One month to lose 14lb, simple as this. 132lb to 118lb. Beginning of Trinity Term 2004 - 112lb. |

| update! |
[Feb. 6th, 2004|02:00 am] |
So I've pigged out for the last time. Just have to remember what happened with this one, stuff coming out of both ends...literally! If I pig out I know I'll feel the urge to purge and I'm not going there again, not ever!
Things I need to buy: More eatnatural bars, 5 more to replenish the stock. Fruit, Nut, Seed bars. Altu Bars. Crunch bars and cookies.
Need: a freakin' lock box to keep those greedy bastards away! |

| plan |
[Feb. 5th, 2004|01:37 pm] |
So stick to my PHASE I for 2 weeks and hopefully this will get me down to the 118 I want to be. Then move onto PHASE II, rather introduce fruit and seedbars etc...Stick to one 'serving' a day though. That continues til I get down to 112. Then move onto PHASE III.
REMEMBER CALORIES COUNT, think of ELLIE. |

| New Eating Plan |
[Feb. 5th, 2004|01:29 pm] |
My new eating plan:
Breakfast: omelette, fake 'frenchtoast', snack on chicken Lunch: chicken stirfry/tuna Dinner: as above then dessert Snack: celery with low-fat homous
Dessert: low-fat ice cream, ricotta creme try and keep below 100 cals, soya milkshake. Focus on main foods keep sweet treats as that and most cals must come from normal food. One dessert period a day EVER!
StG - 118
Not allowed til 118: eatnatural bars, seed bars, woodies, apples, strawberries, yoghurt
Not allowed til 112: oatmeal, buying snacks, barley cereal, meringues |

| recent eating problems |
[Feb. 5th, 2004|01:24 pm] |
I haven't really been losing weight recently so I think I need to reassess exactly what I've been eating and target problem areas:
- Peanut Butter, I'm just eating way too much of this recently - Eat Natural Bars. I've only had these for about 2 weeks and have already eaten about 10? - Woodies, already eaten 10 of these, that's 1000kcal just from those in 2 days, that's awful! - KitKats, Shortcake slice and digestives etc...
Basically haven't been sticking to SBD at all! Eaten lots of real chocolate and way too many woodies and EatNatural bars. Need to start tracking diet strictly, ensuring that cals are kept low and that I keep treats to two a day at the very most. I think doing the fatfast actually screwed me over and put me off track so I need to get back now. |

| Phase II |
[Jan. 18th, 2004|10:28 am] |
|
So I'm doing an interesting Phase II. Basically Phase I foods except for snackage. A week of this to hopefully get it out of my system! After that 1-2 weeks of Phase I v.v.strict with only the ricotta desserts and meringue cookies. After that ease into a proper Phase II? |

| Splenda vs Honey? |
[Jan. 16th, 2004|08:38 am] |
Even though honey isn't allowed on the SBD I'm seriously thinking about substituting Splenda for it. Artificial sweeteners just can't be good! I think I'm going to allow 1 tbsp of honey and jam a day, while cutting out all cheese maybe? Definitely cut out the mozarella and low-fat chedder...keep the bit of feta/ricotta? hmmm we'll see!
Once below 118 I can start to look at Oatmeal replacing the ricotta, with the below snackage and woodies? Something to think about! |

|
| DAY 2 |
[Jan. 16th, 2004|08:11 am] |
- SBD Phase I (chicken, lettuce, cucumber, yoghurt, mozarella, guacomole, nuts, mushroom, fried veggies) - Bag of Peanut M&Ms again!!! Really got to watch that. - 1 Woodie Bar - Exercise: 0 |
|
|
| DAY 1 |
[Jan. 15th, 2004|08:21 pm] |
- SBD Phase 1 (eggs, sole, cheese, nuts, celery, chicken, cucumber, yoghurt, ricotta) - Peanut M&Ms I found it an effort to finish the 45g pack, I could have easily just eaten a handful yet I finished the whole thing - Exercise: 0 |
